At first, extend partition. After you download the software nicely, a general interface about your drive and information about your each partition will shows to you. If you want to expanding C partition, please make sure it has unallocated space near by, so, if unallocated pace is in other place, so, move the partitions one by one before it by clicking them with mouse, and move them to the right after your mouse convert to a shape of cross. After all moved, the unallocated space moved and next to the C partition. The next process you should do is just clicking C partition, and dragging the left slider bar to extend it, remember to click “Apply” on the top tool bar to make it work.
Secondly, create partition, simply, click right side of mouse in the unallocated space of disk, and choose the option “create”, set it in accordance with your requirements, partition label, size and etc.
